Price and delivery

The Toolkit is currently offered for a one-time price of $149 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. After successful payment, the buyer is directed to a download page with access to the current Toolkit files.

What is included

The Toolkit includes four editable files covering deal underwriting/pro forma, land due diligence and permitting, contractor/vendor contract starting templates, and budget/cost tracking. The sales page contains actual screenshots so buyers can inspect the nature of the product before purchase.

Refunds

Because access to downloadable files is provided immediately and digital files cannot practically be returned, purchases are generally final once delivered, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical delivery problem, duplicate charge, or believe the delivered files materially differ from the description on the sales page, email hello@sohrabizad.com within 7 days of purchase so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

License

Your purchase is for your own internal use. You may edit the files for your own projects or business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share the download publicly, or package the files into another paid or free template product.

Professional review

Contract provisions, lien-waiver practices, insurance requirements, permitting procedures and construction rules vary by jurisdiction and project. Have qualified local counsel and other appropriate professionals review any material you intend to use on a real project.

Updates and compatibility

The current files are provided in common Microsoft Office formats. Software compatibility, formulas, formatting and local requirements can vary by device and software version. Future product updates, if any, are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
